Crashing out of the chaos of Mexico City’s underground scene, luzer has released their debut EP “La insoportable incrospidez del ser”, an adrenaline-punched collection of five furious tracks that spit in the face of apathy and demand to be heard.
Luzer prides themselves on blending energetic alt-rock with introspective and catchy melodies that capture the essence of Mexico City’s vibrant music scene. After opening for Atreyu in their hometown this past month, luzer is on a roll, capturing new fans night after night with every live show and piece of new music they release.
The EP reaffirms their status as one of the most exciting punk acts to emerge from Mexico City in recent years, and after signing to Hopeless Records this past September, the sky’s the limit for this quartet.

LUZER SHARES OF THE NEW EP:
“La insoportable incrospidez del ser'” is the culmination of a year filled with hard work, growth, and life-changing experiences. This EP captures the highs and lows of a new chapter in our journey, from beginning to end.
When we first set out on this path, we never imagined signing with Hopeless Records, learning from legends like Pedro and Pablo from Pedro y el Lobo, sharing stage with bands we grew up listening to like Atreyu, and building such an amazing team around us.
We’re endlessly grateful to the entire Hopeless team for believing in this project unconditionally, to DJay and Jason for adopting us and guiding us along the way, and to all our luzerliebers—thank you for listening, supporting us, and keeping the fantasy alive.
