With his debut album, Berlin-based solo artist BOY WITCH, conjures soundscapes that blur the line between dream and distortion. Rooted in psychedelic rock yet unafraid to drift into electronic and experimental realms, BOY WITCH creates a sonic world that feels at once nostalgic and strikingly futuristic.

Drawing inspiration from Wand, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, QOTSA and Boards of Canada, the album weaves hypnotic rhythms, fuzz-soaked guitars, and shimmering synth textures into songs rich with atmosphere and depth. Laid-back grooves and melodic haze build patiently before erupting into explosive, distortion-driven climaxes, which are gritty, ethereal, and deeply immersive.
All songs are written, produced, recorded, and mixed by BOY WITCH himself, with Felix Rörig handling guitar, bass, vocals, and synths, joined by Gidon Carmel (Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys) on drums. Drum recordings took place at Famous Gold Watch Studios, Berlin, and the artwork is also crafted by BOY WITCH.
Released on Green Man Records, this debut marks the arrival of a singular new voice in modern psychedelia—intimate, expansive, and impossible to ignore.
